Hi, my name is Gemma and I am the proud owner and founder of JCML Collections.

After a successful career working for a major corporate business, I wanted to make a difference to individuals. I had been working for the same large corporation for most of my career and whilst I had been treated very well as an employee and had enjoyed my time, it just wasn’t enough.

I wanted the work I did to make a difference to an actual person. Not just numbers on a big business spreadsheet. I wanted to help someone to stop worrying about money coming in. I wanted to make sure they got the payment for the service they had worked hard to provide, in the bank, on time. Having my own business has provided this for me.

Being transparent about who we are and what we stand for is important to me. Credibility is at the core of what we do. We are specialists in credit control and it is the expertise of myself and my team.
